2022-23 BATTALION REGULAR-SEASON SUMMARY
FIRST GOAL: The Battalion is 12-0-1 when scoring the first goal of a game and 7-8-0 when the opposing team scores first.
AFTER TWO PERIODS: The Battalion is 15-0-1 when leading after two periods, 1-8-0 when trailing after the second, and 3-0-0 when tied at the end of the second.
ONE-GOAL DECISIONS: The Battalion is 4-3-1 in games decided by one goal.
POWER PLAY: The Battalion is 12th in power-play efficiency with a scoring percentage of 21.4. The Troops have scored 21 goals on 98 opportunities.
PENALTY KILLING: The Battalion is 1st in penalty-killing with an effectiveness of 86.4 percent. The Troops have allowed 16 power-play goals during 118 times shorthanded.
PENALTY MINUTES: The Battalion is the 7th-least penalized team in the OHL, averaging 11.6 minutes per game.
