Village of Hoffman Estates & NOW Arena Announce Summer Facility Renovations

May 15, 2023 – NBA G League (G League) – Windy City Bulls News Release

The Village of Hoffman Estates and NOW Arena, the home of the Windy City Bulls, presented by BMO, announced today that the Village Board approved $1M in Capital Improvements that are scheduled to be completed within the Arena this summer.

The public-facing renovations are designed to enhance the customer experience during all events at NOW Arena, and will include updates to the lower level luxury suites, the main level concourse and lower level seating areas.

Renovations will begin on Monday, June 5, with updates to the main concourse floor, where a finished epoxy will be applied over the existing concrete. The concourse walls are also scheduled to be painted a new color that will enhance the visibility of the heavily-trafficked space.

The first five rows of 100 Level seating within the Arena bowl will be replaced as part of a $460k upgrade to the entire retractable seating areas. A total of 1,235 seats will be upgraded as part of this project.

The lower level luxury suite renovations include a full wall and door being constructed to enclose each suite and separate those spaces from the adjacent public aisles. The new enclosures, which will all be painted to match the new interior of each suite, will provide privacy and security to guests who enjoy games and events within the suites.

The carpet in each of the suites will be upgraded to an LVT plank flooring and new cabinets, quartz countertops and additional electrical outlets will be installed within each suite.
